How many drinks does one drink mix yield?
Our gourmet drink mix will make approximately 55-75 eight-ounce drinks. If more guests are expected, a second machine is strongly recommended otherwise too much demand is put on the one machine and it cannot perform properly. * Cheaper options apply if you are looking to rent multiple frozen drink machines.
How long does is take to make drinks in a Frozen Drink Machine?
Approximately 1 hour. Typically, we delivery an hour or more before your party to ensure your frozen drink machine is ready to serve frozen drinks before your guest arrive.
How far in advance should I reserve my margarita machine rental?
We recommend two weeks or more for the summer season and longer for traditional party dates like Halloween, Christmas and New Years Eve and the Super Bowl. If you’re having a wedding or large party we do recommend reserving your frozen drink machine well in advance.
Where do we delivery our Rental Margarita Machines?
Anywhere in Travis County! Austin, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, Buda, & Kyle. We will delivery outside of Travis County but additional delivery fees may apply.
Am I responsible for damages to the Frozen Machine Rental?
Short answer: Yes. Once we put the machine in place and check that the unit is working properly, you sign off that everything is working right. We recommend that you PLEASE do not move the machine, they are quite heavy and can easily fall over.
What do I do with the machine when the party is over?
Please empty the machine of any remaining contents, turn the machine to off, and store it in a safe / dry place. Typically, we will be back to pick up the machine after the party is over or the following morning.
Who provides liquor, and how much will I need?
You provide the liquor. In our frozen margaritas we recommend 3 Liters of Tequila for 15 guest. This will yield around 3-4 restaurant quality drinks for your guest. (Think Chuy’s, El Arroyo or TX Chili Parlor Quality Margs.)
What kind of power do I need for the Margarita Machine?
The Marg Machine requires a standard 120 volt 15 amp circuit. Please do not use your own extension cord – we’ll bring one with the Marg Machine.
